Nikhil Shah is a native born resident of the Bahamas. After living in in Ontario, Canada while completing his early education, he returned home to begin his young adult life. At seventeen, he was granted a scholarship and “the chance of a lifetime” to sail around the world for one year, amassing 40,000 nautical miles and visiting over thirty different countries around the world. Nikhil finished his education, acquiring a degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Since commencing in the real estate industry 2005, he made it is his mission to become an exceptional ambassador and to achieve nothing short of a respectable reputation by dedicating himself to “Exceeding Clients’ Expectations” by ensuring that he will extend the highest level of effort and commitment above all of his colleagues. In addition to being an estate agent for the company, he is also a certified appraiser, licensed member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and Bahamas MLS.
Nikhil moved on to join the team of Abaco Estate Services in 2015, working closely with Ed Newell, owner and founder of the company. This sales team applies every aspect of their knowledge, experience, and expertise to properly support their clients in the decision making process of buying investment and second home properties.
Nikhil specializes in real estate sales throughout Abaco and the Bahamas, including beachfront properties, ocean view homes, condominiums, vacant land and development, and investment opportunities. Nikhil strives to challenge himself and is dedicated to his career, driven to meet the standards of excellence in whatever endeavor he pursues.
