Casuarina Beach House is a very spacious and comfortable six-bedroom, five and one-half bath home with fresh water swimming pool on prestigious Ocean Boulevard in the gated community of Treasure Cay.  This home has approximately 6,000 square feet of living on two floors.  It has 80 feet of beach frontage on world famous Treasure Cay Beach, which was named one of the ten best beaches in the world by National Geographic.

The upper level of the home has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area as well as a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms.  The living area overlooks the pool and beach and has sliding glass doors, which access the upper balcony.  It has satellite television and DVD player as well as a stereo.  The dining area has an open style and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.  The dining table has seating for eight.  There is a large picture window with superb views of the pool and beach.  The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to cook as well as a dishwasher for washing the dishes.  The breakfast bar will accommodate four.  There is a sliding glass door accessing the large balcony off the kitchen area, which is ideal for entertaining.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and is tastefully furnished in white bamboo.  The large picture window offers sensational views of the pool and beach as well as a sliding glass door, which open onto the balcony.  The first guest room on this level has twin beds and is decorated in a tropical flair.  It shares a bathroom with the master bedroom.  This bathroom has a large vanity with two basins, a shower stall, a large double tub and a toilet and bidet.  The second guest bedroom on this floor has a king bed, walk-in closet and private bath with shower stall. 

The lower level has another living area with a television and VCR with movies.  It has a sliding glass door that opens onto a covered tiled patio.  It has a small kitchenette that is equipped with refrigerator, microwave and sink.  It offers a master bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom with tile shower and two pedestal sinks.  It has sliding glass doors that open onto the patio and a large picture window facing the beach and pool.  The guest bedroom on this lower level has a queen bed and separate exterior entrance.  It has a private bath with shower.  The second guest bedroom on this lower level also has a queen bed and is accessed through the patio.  It has a private bath with shower as well.

The pool area has a cabana/gazebo with half bath and outdoor showers and lots of lounge chairs, beach chairs, and patio furniture as well as pool/beach toys.  There are three kayaks (two single and one double), bicycles, gas barbeque grills and hammocks.  The home also has a washer and dryer.
