This newly renovated two bedroom, two-bath villa is modern and comfortable.

The open concept living, dining and kitchen area is bright and cheery. Sliding patio doors lead out from the nicely furnished living area to the patio area, which is lushly landscaped with colorful, tropical foliage for privacy. You can choose to eat al fresco on the patio, which seats four, or dine indoors. There are charcoal and gas barbeque grills available for your use as well as a market umbrella and lounge chairs.

The kitchen, with its new cabinets and appliances, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. The owner really thought of everything when equipping the kitchen – it even has a rice cooker and waffle maker in addition to a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and electric mixer. The villa has service for eight on colorful china as well as utensils and cutlery for eight and water, wine and martini glasses.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and desk. There is a small dressing area with closet between the bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom has a deep bathtub with shower.
