Beach Villa 704 is an over-sized beach villa located 25 yards from Treasure Cay Beach, ranked one of the top ten beaches in the world by National Geographic.

This four bedroom, three and one-half bath villa has a large living area with game table and satellite TV. The dining area has a 10 foot long table or you can dine al fresco on two large decks. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing meals at home. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a washer and dryer.

Treasure Cay offers golf, tennis, bonefishing, deep sea fishing, sailing, boating, diving, shelling, island hopping of course, relaxing on the beach or around the fresh water community pool overlooking the turquoise waters of Treasure Cay Beach. The villa is located within a short walk into the town area which has a medical clinic, post office, grocery store, liquor store, bank, bakery, marina, gift shop, restaurants and bars. There are also golf cart rentals and boat rentals available.
