Bita Bay House is a two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront home situated literally on the beach, a few steps away from the white powder sand and turquoise waters of Bita Bay on the Atlantic Ocean.

The large master bedroom features a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has three twin beds and a private bathroom(shower only). Both bedrooms have wall unit air conditioners, ceiling fans and ceramic tile floors.

The spacious living area features high vaulted ceilings, mexican tile floors and two walls of windows letting in the cool ocean breezes from all directions, not to mention the breathtaking views of the brilliantly colored waters of the Atlantic Ocean just a few yards away. The living area has two separate comfortable sitting areas facing the beach and ocean. There is also a TV with VCR/DVD player combo. and a variety of books, games and videos to entertain yourself with.

If you choose to dine inside, the dining area is open to the living area and accessible to the fully equipped kitchen just to the back of the living area.

Two sets of French doors lead you out onto the large wrap-around porch, fully equipped with patio furniture and a grill. A section of this porch is screened in for evening time comfort.

Outside the old island charm of the house lies natures pure tropical beauty.

Bita Bay House is situated on 6 private acres of lush tropical vegetation and only a few yards away from one of the best beaching areas Green Turtle Cay has to offer.

There are two small inner reefs and many shoals right outside your front door waiting for you to explore and a tiny island to swim out to just a short distance away. If you like privacy,this beach area is semi secluded so you won't have to share your beach space with many other people.
