Choose to stay in Seagrape or Palmetto just steps from the ocean, or Harbour Cottage overlooking scenic Black Sound. Built during the 1940s, all three charming cottages are uniquely designed and restored for quintessential, casual, island life. Each authentic Bahamian style cottage features a living room/ dining room combination, a well equipped kitchen, lustrous native Abaco Pine interior finishes, multiple hammocks, BBQ grills, patios and decks, outside showers, ceiling fans wherever possible, CD players, VHF radios, bicycles, and use of the dock.

The beach cottages do not have telephones or TV. A telephone, fax and internet access are available at the office centrally located on the property. Daily housekeeping service and grounds maintenance are provided.

"Seagrape Cottage" sits atop the crest of the coastal dune surrounded by native vegetation. This two-bedroom, one-bath cottage comfortably sleeps four guests with one king size bed, and two twins beds. A large screen porch offers spectacular views of the tantalizing turquoise ocean, and breathtaking Pelican Cay.

"Palmetto"Cottage"is nestled in a palm grove on the back dune. This two- bedroom, one-bath cottage comfortably accommodates four guests with one king size bed and two twin beds. A private patio offers wondrous views and easy beach access. Take a rest in a shaded hammock or spend some private time on the isolated tanning deck.

"Harbor Cottage" is prominently located on a coral outcropping at the waters edge. This quaint cottage features one large air- conditioned bedroom, with a queen-size bed, and a built-in captain’s bunk, making it well suited for one to three quests. Satellite television is included. The gracious outdoor patio expands the living space and boasts panoramic views of Black Sound. A five-minute walk across the property on a lush canopied footpath leads you to the glorious 3,500-foot expanse of beach at Long Bay.

The close proximity to the dock of "Harbor Cottage" makes this the ideal vacation rental choice for boaters who need a bit more room, yet want to be close to their vessel.
