Located in the heart of downtown New Plymouth and directly next to the Loyalist Sculpture Garden, these second story apartments are perfect for a relaxing retreat.

The apartments are situated above the Golden Reef Gift Shop. Sunrise Apartment has a spectacular view of New Plymouth harbour ("the creek") and for the early riser, peaceful sunrises.

Sunset Apartment overlooks the quiet downtown area as well as the Sea of Abaco.

Both apartments overlook the famous Loyalist Sculpture Garden below.

These spacious apartments have an open concept kitchen/dining/living area. The living areas lead out to the large verandahs through sliding glass doors. The large verandahs are equipped with patio furniture to sit back, relax and enjoy a cocktail while absorbing the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster etc. The dining area can seat up to six. Decorated with rattan furniture, the living area offers cable T.V. and a small selection of books to read. Both apartments feature ceramic tile throughout and are centrally air-conditioned.

Each apartment offers two bedrooms and private bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a shower only and access to the veranda. The second bedroom features a double bed and a tub and shower combo.

Dock facilities are available for use nearby for those who would enjoy boating. 

Being located in the heart of the settlement, nothing is too far away. There are four grocery stores, a liquor store, a few bars and several gift shops and restaurants literally a few steps away. For further exploration of the island and its many breathtaking beaches there are rental golf carts available.
