Conch Shell Cottage  and  Conch Pearl Cottage  are each three bedroom, two bathroom cottages situated on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beach on the north end of  Green Turtle Cay.

These tropically inspired cottages are nestled between the turquoise waters of the ocean and the peaceful, quiet waters of Coco Bay.

Water sports include snorkeling on the inner reefs just 70 yards offshore or bone fishing in the tranquil waters of Coco Bay.

These open concept cottages give spectacular views of the ocean from just about every room. With a large porch in the front, equipped with patio furniture and an almost constant ocean breeze, its hard not to relax when staying here.

The living rooms are open to the dining area (seating for up to 6) and kitchen. Each cottage is equipped with a satellite T.V and VCR or DVD player. Each kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and tile countertops. Appliances include a side by side refrigerator with an icemaker, a smooth top electric stove, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

The kitchen cabinet doors feature tropical hand paintings by a local Abaco artist.

The master bedroom suite of each cottage faces the ocean and has a king sized bed. There are also large walk in closets and a private bathroom(showers only).

The two guest rooms of each cottage each have queen sized beds and share a bathroom (tub and >shower).

There is a dock on the property for those who love to boat. These cottages are nestled on the sheltered side of Coco Bay, which also provides an ideal location to watch some of the most magnificent sunsets you will ever experience.
