The colorfully decorated open plan living/dining area features French doors opening onto a large patio with a magnificent sea view. The spacious master suite on the second floor is furnished with a Queen bed and opens onto a balcony, also with a sea view. The second floor guest bedroom is also furnished with a Queen bed. The main floor guest bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a T.V. and its own private ensuite bath. Other amenities include stereo, linens, washer/dryer and twice weekly housekeeping. The boat slip is minutes away and can take up to a 65' boat on a finger pier with power and water. (Utility costs for a large boat are additional.) Golf cart is provided at no extra charge.
